Since 1983, we have been designing and building houses, apartments and villas in the island of Kalymnos and have delivered more than 50 permanent residence or holiday homes for people all over the world (United Kingdom, France, Italy, Denmark, USA, Australia).

The houses we have already built (wich you can see on our site) speak for themselves. At design time we use sophisticated computer programs to let the customer see how their house will look like when built.

We'll address your concerns and discuss every aspect of the construction process. We'll explain and help you with the legal procedures that are necessary for purchasing a house in Greece.
